NOTE:  Just wanted to update everyone that this meme is expected to return soon, I had to put it on hold for the summer and to get www.SNSBlogDesign.com up and running!  Now I can offer you just about every level of design possible :). 

There are memes around the blogosphere that offer Freebie Friday … I offer ”Froggy Bloggy Freebie Friday” (also known as FBFF), in other words a blog design every other week!  I am the owner of www.SweetnSimpleDesign.com and www.SNSBlogDesign.com.  Although I may eventually decide to move this meme over there, for now you are welcome to enjoy it here.  To see all the latest designs (or what’s still available), visit the FBFF Designs Category.

I know that details aren’t always everyone’s thing, they are still necessary to make sure that everyone is on the same page.  So, I’ll try to be brief but completely informative … here’s the details:

• Design shown is the only one that is being offered - the only modifications that will be made are to put your blog’s title in the header and your signature in the posts - period … no other changes will be considered, if you don’t like it the way it is, please do not ask me for it.
• Only one of each design is available, so the first person to submit the form at the bottom of this page will get it.  If you do not see a note stating that the design has been taken, just click on the contact me link above, enter the following: Your name, Your email, The Design you are asking for, Your blog’s title (exactly how you want it to appear on the header), Name you blog under (for signature), Address of your blog. 
• Designs will say whether they are for Blogger or SELF-HOSTED Wordpress (or wordpress blogs hosted at www.MomBlogCentral.com), please look for this information before requesting a design - if you have a Blogger Blog only enter for the Blogger designs that are offered, if you have a Wordpress Blog only ask for one that states it’s for a Wordpress design.
• The art I use for some designs have commercial use limitations - for instance there may be some that are only available for personal use, etc.  Any of these limitations will be listed with the design.
• All Credits MUST stay put *both for the artist and the designer*. 
• Only one design may be requested per person or blog.
